Infusion started in ambulances and continued in ER/ED

A patient is brought in to ER by an ambulance. During the course of arrival by the ambulance, the patient was started on IVPB of solumedrol and the same drug infusion was continued after reaching the ER. Can we code infusions started in ambulance and continued in ER/ED as ER/ED services?

Infusions started in ambulance and continued in ER/ED can be coded if the total infusion time in the ER is more than an hour. If infusion time in the ER/ED is less than one hour, it should not be coded.
