PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSES:

1. Status post revision of right quadriceps tendon repair with porcine bladder lining acellular matrix graft.

2. Right quadriceps tendon infection and right knee joint infection.


POSTOPERATIVE DIAGNOSES:

1. Status post revision of right quadriceps tendon repair with porcine bladder lining acellular matrix graft.

2. Right quadriceps tendon infection and right knee joint infection.


PROCEDURES:

1. Irrigation and debridement of right quadriceps tendon repair site.

2. Irrigation and debridement of right knee joint.

ANESTHESIA:
Laryngeal mask general.

COMPLICATIONS:
None.
